It is 2D Planar tracking done in Nuke. I placed planar tracking points, then transformed the flag to follow the top of the building. Used nodes in Nuke. Edited with Premiere Pro.

I placed a 3D Cylinder object on the 3D trackers to follow along with the white fence. Added in a little bit of grading as well with help of nodes within Nuke.

I layered two different video footage in Nuke. I used nodes to mask out the background in the cup. I also added in grading to make sure the environment blends better.
